Is there a relationship between physician burnout and PTSD?

Key features of PTSD eerily parallel many habits we intentionally cultivate during premedical and medical school, residency, and on through practice. Are we unintentionally preconditioning ourselves to be more vulnerable to complicated stress or PTSD? Is there an intersection between PTSD and physician burnout?
