Independent case reviews are sometimes arranged when there is concern about conflict of interest within a program of care, but a good case review can also help us learn more from challenging cases. Perhaps you recognize a plan of care or technical execution of a procedure did not go as you hoped, and you would like to review the care with an experienced and insightful colleague.
